Introduction •'J We, the 1967 La Vista staff, have strived to capture the humorous, serious, hectic, and tranquil days of the past school year. As seventh graders ask each other, What took them so long? , seniors wonder where the 180 days went. The graduating seniors sadly remove their caps and gowns, climbing off that golden throne they sat on for a fleeting moment. This yearbook has been created so that in the distant future, as you leaf through its yellowing pages, it may become your passport to the past.

 Our Faculty 6 The purpose of our faculty is to instill into the minds of the student body all that which is necessary for a happy and profitable future. Although their efforts are sometimes curtailed by the minority, they are rewarded by the achievements of the student body as a whole. We of the La Vista Staff wish to extend our appreciation toward the members of the faculty and administration for their many unselfish deeds. Miss Farabaugh, Miss Lydic, Mr. Wagner, and Mr. Jones receive instructions from our guidance director, James Farabaugh.
