American Passport was presented by the Junior Class of 1944 at the school auditorium on Thursday and Friday evenings. April 20 and 21, 1944, under the direction of Janet Ward. The play was a success. Dorothy Toman had the lead in the play as Louella Hamilton, an American girl of twelve with Donald Griffith playing as her father, Shirley Williams as Mother, Sally Maholic as an older sister, Richard Shiley as an older brother and Beatrice Cole as Aunt Min, a very rich old lady who held the purse strings.” Some of the other characters were: Mrs. Swartz Alice Clark Bill Marlin Stutsman Sybel .......— Martha Ludwig Mr. Craig ..............
