COULD IT BE MA GIC? Cold, dark, bleak and rainy. This might sound like the perfect setting for a scary movie, but instead it was the atmosphere for Unioto's Homecoming with the theme, '6Could It Be Magic?,' Despite the cold winds and muddy grounds, the evening was not a total disaster. The Unioto Shermans were able to make the evening a success by trouncing Greenfield McClain,s Tigers by a score of 12 to 6. The night was highlighted by the suspense and happiness brought about by the pre-game festivities. Crowning of the 1975 Homecoming queen took place before a chilled crowd of loyal Sherman fans. The new queen was announced and receiving the crown and title was Cara Park. The evening was topped off by the traditional Homecom- ing Dance where music was provided by Prism. U1 1974 Homecoming queen Becky Ford crowns Cara Park. Q21 and C31 Will the 6'real', queen please sit down. Q41 The sophomores take a break from a float. Q51 Dance, dance, dance! A NEW TWIST TO PARENTS' NIGHT Parents, Night held a new twist this year with a parade of some- thing extra - homecoming floats. Since homecoming was a bit dampened, the class floats were saved for another special night. The Hillsboro Indians may have thought we were a bit strange when we paraded floats around that said, Beat Tigersj, but nevertheless, the spirit remained high. Shortly, the tradi- tional honoring of parents pro- ceeded and the night seemed more recognizable as Parents, Night. The team seemed to try extra hard that night and the fans were filled with bursting spirit at this, one of the last football games of the season. fly Floats on Parents' Night?
