On May 29, 1960 Earl Ward, a feature writer for the 'New York Times , was assigned to feature Uniontown's 35th Annual Alumni Festivity in his daily column Much to his surprise he found all his 1951 graduating classmates present having the time of their life I know you will all be interested in what they are now doing so here is the latest very prosperous cattle ranch in Nevada George Armer and his new wife Elizabeth are now operating their duck ranch in Oklahoma Evelyn Ater is working in a nursery while her husband Charley is working in a factory Bonnie Bolinger is now a very wealthy Beauty Parlor Operator in Los Angeles, California Perry Bower is now running the Bower Dictionary factory in Minnesota Wesley Chambers is now a famous bouncer at Shirley Felt's saloon in New York City Charles Grim has just taken up the Position of Dean at Harvard College Charles Dalton and his wife are now occuping and operating the Brown Derby in Kansas City, Missouri Charles Dare is doing nicely running his gambling house in San Francisco, California Shirley Felt is making many friends and making much money running her saloon in New York City Her name has been romantic ally linked with her Bar tender Gail Russell Dale Geiger is the new senator of Kansas He will take office in the early fall Theda Keith and Herb Headley are very happily taking care of their twelve red headed children on a farm near Mapleton, Kansas Eldon Luker has just received his fifth consecutive gold cup at the Indianapolis speedways Illah Mae Mason and Carl Bowen are settling down in their new home near Uniontown Dale Mealman has just been promoted to the presidency of the Bell Telephone Company Lois Middleton, since her graduation is taking up nurse's training in Kansas City In her spare time she helps at U S 0 dances Roger Ramsey is now the all star quarterback for Notre Dame University Richard Smith is now one of the greatest orators of the day. His speciality is Politics. Bernita Stine and her husband Donald Graham spend their spare time crusing in their new Yacht. Bobby Todd was crowned the heavy weight boxing champion of the world. Don Typer and Baby Doll are doing nicely operating the Metro- politan Opera House. Eugene Vanatter has now taken Gorgeous George's place in wrest ling, his blond curls have grown to hang to his shoulders. Loretta Vanatter and Dale are taking care of the two, new, little, red-headed Boyds, and are building hotrods. Bill Warren is now a mortition at the Warren mortuary in Springfield, Missouri. Charles Murphy is now a barber in Chicago and his speciality is the old fashion bowl haircut. Robert Roweth is busy being the caretaker of the National Cemetary in Fort Scott, Kansas.
