HOME ECONOM CS III Home Economics is the preparation of the girl for typical life situations. The program at Union High School is an extensive one in that it covers the study of grooming, choosing ones wardrobe, construction of clothing, food preparation from the simplest dish to an entire meal, health, care of the sick, personal and social adjustment, marriage and family living, child care, con- sumer education, safety, and career selection.
