H These are our fiveg they not only look like - but are - champs These mighty Ramblers brought fame to Union by winning the Johnson County Tournament. This is only the second time this tournament has been won by the Union Ramblers. Our boys began by defeating ,Nineveh on Thursday night, January 15. They went on to down Edinburg in the semi- finals and thus they were ready for the final game on Saturday night. Our Ramblers were never headed and trounced those Trafal- gar Redbirds 45-36. The Franklin Star Trophy was presented to the captain who in turn gave it to our student manager, LeRoy Addington, who, incidentallyl did everything but sleep with it f,nat,'nign1,. Tb make a clean sweep of the tournament. .P Noble Spicer and Phil Carter out down the nets. This ended a wonder- ful tournament and began a period of celebration for those Rip-Roaring Union Ramblers
