At the end of the first semester John Miller, Bill McKorkle, I . K' and Madonna Foland withdrew fom school. Wendell Meyers entered M U.H.S. at Christmas time. 3 Tuesday night, March 2, the Juniors had a party at the home if u 1 of Margaret Singer. The evening was spent in playing games. Refresh- V cg ments of ice creem and sandwiches and cake were served. Mrs. Barr, the 43 . . ' IT L ' class sponsor wa there with Mr. Barr. The evening was enjoyed by all. N' - Q9 Fi-iaey night, ' December 11, the Junior class held their play ' Ignorance 'Is Bliss . The play was a comedy of three acts. All the mem- T V ex bers took part in the play. Mrs. Barr was our director. I4 9 On October 31, the annual Fall Festival was held at the school build- ml X ing. The Juniors had the bingo stand and a calce walk. They tool: in I , 67 nearly 812, which was the most of any class. -:eg B ' Saturday night, April 10, the Junior class held a reception for the A l cv Seniors. The reception was held in the well decorated gymnasium. The G, 37,55 Senior class colors of red, white, and blue were used. Red roses were 'T-l Kg given to every Senior.
