FRESI-IMAN CLASS HISTORY On the afternoon of September seventeenth, nineteen hundred and twenty-nine, thirty timid, wondering, expectant strangers straggled into the Union Hospital, which was to be their abode for the coming three years. Very little was heard from them for the first few weeks, but after fur- nishing entertainment for the upper elassmen they settled down to real study in order to outlive the name of Probies and make ideal nurses. After 'lanuary the fourteenth only twenty-one of the beginning thirty remained to uphold the standards and ideals of the Class of '31. Page twenty-eight
