Dreams which you soon solidify into realities, but just as quickly let fade into memories. Three years - from apprehensive sophomores to ecstatic seniors in which you strive for your ultimate dream — graduation. CONTENTS INTRODUCTION........ 2 ADMINISTRATION..... 12 CLASSES............ 28 ORGANIZATIONS...... 76 SPORTS............. 94 SPECIALTIES........122 dreaming new dreams 7 S r7Vj an impossible dream come true 9 HOMECOMING 70 After temporary separations old and new teachers and board members merged for one day — October 15, 1970 —to view the CAT HAPPENINGS of the years. Together all watched as Amy Clayburn was crowned Queen, as Lori Gardener per- formed honors of first attendant, and Teresa Lamb reigned as second attendant. Senior class took the prize for the best float. All watched with fascination as the drama department put on an indoor circus. Highlight of the day came when the football team toppled Grantsville. ■I • I . ill ! , CLIMAXED UNION’S 20th YEAR ADMINISTRATION These are they who set the pace and establish the goals of our high school years. •«?
