Secretaries Mrs. Penwell is Mr. Rowland's competent secretary in our high school office. Typing Mr. Bogg's many papers is Mrs. Morgan. Answering the busy office phone is Mrs. Fondrick, Mr. Ascione's smiling secretary. Busily keeping our books in order is Mrs. Russo, our assistant book, keeper. Mrs. Ingham, our bookkeeper, is kept quite busy manoging the office books. 5

I Administration Mr. Paul Rowland has finished another year of being our Union Area High School Principal. He has been here for five years ond has done a good job of supervising our school. Mr. Ralph E. Ascione became our new Assistant Principal at the beginning of the second semester. He wos not only a good math teacher, but he is also well suited to be the Assistant Principal. Our Supervising Principal, Mr. Houk, is always busy keeping this school in good shape. We would like to thank the whole administration for giving us this great opportunity of education. Miss Janis Bodnar, the Junior High Guidance Counselor, guides the Junior High Students in selecting their courses ond helping them with other problems they might hove. Mr. Jock Boggs, our Senior High Guidance Counselor, gives his helpful advice about colleges and careers. 4
