Can by Senior Boys Is Grand Finale Tlie action packed Senior Carnival was presenled on March 21 , 1970. The excitement began at five o ' clock when supper was served and the booths opened. Some of the booths were the fish pond, dunk the hobo, basketball shoot, nail drive, squirt the candle, pie throw, and the favorite of all the kids, the spook house. The booths closed at nine o ' clock and the slave sale and the drawing of raffle tickets were conducted. After these were tniished the talent show was presented. This year the talent show was organized into two segments. The first segment was for underclassmen, and was entitled The Ned Son-of-a-Gun Show. The host was the very talented Senior, Carl Rader. The Senior segment of the talent show was entitled Haw-Hee, and featured such acts as Made in U.S.A., a rock band composed of Union students, and a magician act by Jerry Frazee and Pam Hornung. The grand finale was a can-can by the Senior boys. H j B Hi if Nancy Starr and Kathy Smith take time out to pose for a picture in front of their booth. i gjm. : C »a ' ,M jL • J ?
