I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to all of my fellow workers and also to the student body of Union High School for their fine cooperation during the past school year. Union High School has become a part of me and I consider ita privilege to be able to work and root for good old Union High School. Iwish to take my hat off to the Amican Staff for the fine job they have done and personally say Congratulations. I would like to issue a challenge to all who are working at Union High School to continue to raise the standards and ideals of our school and always strive to make it the top student body anywhere. May we look to the future with enthusiasm and pride, and endeavor to fulfill all the high standards which are expected from our school. May we strive to make each day in our school the best, and never improve one part of the school at the expense of another. We must always work diligently to make every depart- ment the best.
