Testament We, the Senior Class of Union High School, being of sound mind and body, realizing that we must soon leave our Alma Mater, do will and bequeath to our heirs such vast es- tate and personal property which we consider will be useful to them. To the Faculty, we will and bequeath our sincere -appreciation for their kindness shown to us during our high school years. To the Junior Class, we will our many Senior privileges which will never get them into trouble if they are used right. To the Sophomores,' we bequeath our ability to make good grades. We will and bequeath to the Freshman Class our ability to get along with the teachers. We will our personal properties as follows: I, Elizabeth Sigmon, will my talkativeness to Virginia Whitner with the hope she uses it to a better advantage than I have. I I, Edison Gilbert, will my ability to misbehave at school to Dean Carpenter. I, Helen Johnson, will my ability to be quiet on class to Shirley Warlick, hoping she learns more than I did. I, Paul Houser, do hereby will my ability to get along with the teachers to anyone who can't do so. I, Faye Ward, will my ability to sing to Dean Ward, hoping that he makes another Bing Crosby. 1, Joan Sain, will my front seat in every class to my kid brother, Ted, with the hope that the teachers won't watch him as close as they have me. I, Sam Canipe, will my aggravating ways to anyone who wants them with the hope that they don't get into as much trouble as I have. I, David I-Iuss, will to Jimmie Gilbert my ability to get stuck on blind dates. I, Jimmie Carpenter, will my ability to have the right to talk to the librarians during the fifth period, to Jerry Houser. I, Harry Bangle, will my ability to make sarcastic remarks to Jerry Houser. I, Nell Crowder, do hereby will my love for laughing in Mr. Heavner's history class to Sue Hoyle, hoping she has as much fun as I did. I, Ann I-Iauss, do hereby will my tight basketball suit to Jean Warlick, hoping she can wear it four more years without it bursting. I, Jacquelene Brooks, will my quietness to Peggy Carswell, and my dislike of study- ing to Carroll Hoyle. I, Bobby Heavner, do hereby will to Gerald Hallman, my ability to keep every hair in place. I, Veedis Jordan, will my respect for knowledge to Aroland Jordan, hoping he remem- bers to graduate. I, Betty Wise, will to my kid sister, Phyllis, everything I've got and don't need, that she needs and don't have and are too good to throw away, and not good enough to keep. I, Mary Gilbert, do hereby will to Helen Clark, my shorthand book, hoping she enjoys studying it more than I have. I, Marvin Hoover, will the knowledge that I didn't get to Buster Hartsoe, so that he will have an easier time in high school. I, David Reep, do will and bequeath my ability to cut up in class to Bill Sain, with the hope that he doesn't get caught as much as I have.
