DEDICATION We, the senior class of Scandinavia High School, have chosen to dedicate our 1960 'Viking to you, Mr. Lee. Des- pite your many duties and responsibilities you have found time to work with each one of us and have guided us through out our four years of high school. You have won both our respect and our love, for you have been both a teacher and a counselor to us, but most important you have been a friend. We hope that by dedicating this edition of the Viking to you we can repay you in some small way for your thirty years of service to Scandinavia students.

FOREWORD We, the Viking staff, have in these few pages of word and picture tried to capture and bind to- gether some part of the magic of our high school days. It 18 our wish that as time goes by, these pages will bring to you memories of achievement. For the graduating class of 1960, this 18 the end of four years rich in achievement and experi- ence. We will never again enter the halls of union Free as students, but as we leave, we realize that the spirit of our high school will always be ours.
