We were 5 and 2 in dual meets in our conference. One of the losses was a one-pointer to Cortland. The J-V team lost only one dual meet and finished tied for first in the west division of STAC. The teamls performance in the large invitations was generally good, we placed very well in most every meet. We placed fourth at the Chenango Valley Run in a strong field of 30 schools, second in the U-E sponsored Conwicke Run out of 24 schools, and our J-V team finished second. The highlight for the season was the Greenman lnvitational in which our varsity was first out of 17 schools and the J-V second. In our final meet, the Section 4 championship, we placed third.fU-E's top two runners, Joe Toth and Steve lVliller, qualified for theState lVleet. Athletics!193
