A jolly fellow he, with never a bitter word for anyone, willing to try anything and always anxious to help anybody out. He is eternally trying to prove some psy- chological fact by playing a joke upon someone! Then he will talk — ye gods! how he will talk. THELMA MOREHEAD Her eyes were deeper than the depth of waters stilled at even. She calls herself a pillar of Union Col- lege, and what will U. C. be without her, after depending upon her for lo! these many years? Her voice is so sweet that, when she sings, the birds hush to listen. Yes, she sings, but she also works untir- ingly to learn to cook — she expects to need to cook many, many more times than she expects to sing. Bear has been away from us this year in medical college; altho away from us in person, he has been with us in spirit and so much so that he gets his A. B. along with the other five Sen iors. SARAH KELLEY Silence is one great art of conversation. Tay is one of those quiet, unob- trusive souls that you yearn to know, and when you do to know her is to love her. She goes about her work in that slow, dig- nified manner, and she always accomplishes what she sets out to do. Her worth wins hearts and her constancy keeps them. .
