One group was the 'freshman choiru which had fifteen members who were from the freshman class and upper-classmen who had not previously been members of the choir. The other group was the nAdvanced Choir' which had twenty members who were upper classmen. Both groups were under the capable direction of Mrs. Moore with June McDowell as their accompanist. During the second semester the two groups were united. In the fall the 'Advanced Choirn sang before the meeting of the 'Federation of Women's Clubn at the Methodist Church in Coldwater. The choir also sang several numbers at the High School Christmas program. The choir was not as active this year because some of the members were unable to attend regularly since there were other classes held at the same time. Even with this difficulty, the choir had a fine repertoire of music and increased their musical appreciation and ability. R

Chapter is larger this year than it has been in many past years. They have many new members, most of whom have been recruited from the freshman class. They expect the freshman, sopohmore, and junior classes to continue the fine programs started by the present chapter. They have many activities. Among them, bee projects, beef and dairy projects, soil and milk testing programs and many others. A new project was introduced this year in the form of a co-operative poutry project. It was carried out by several members of the agriculture classes. The boys sold part of their birds on Eastern Market in Detroit. The rest of them were sold to local buyers. The boys are starting bee projects again this year. They also have many beef and dairy projects planned for next year. Unless unfcrseen complications set in, next year should be one of the most successful enjoyed by this chapter in a long time.
