A M UNION CITY COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL UNION CITY, INDIANA EDITOR: CONNIE NOONAN ADVISOR: MRS. J. YARBROUGH The Many Faces and FaceYs of U.C.C.H.S. STATE FAIR On Stage, Everybody! 4 MY SISTER EILEEN' The fairy godmother, Linda Wagoner, waved her wand and the ball was officially open. The Prince's Ball for Cinderella was the delightful theme of the 1967 Junior-Senior Prom. The grandeur of the ballroom's decor was highlighted by an ornate crystal chandelier and the famous clock that struck twelve. Mr. Carder and Mr. Leahey were junior sponsors. The pages and serving maids added to the festive air of the occasion by dancing a Gavotte. Their colorful costumes completed the fairy tale effect. 6 Nancy Connor, 1966 Prom Queen, crowned Becky Puderbaugh, the newly-elected Queen. The coronation was followed by a Grand Promenade. Members of the royal court were: Kathy Comer, Donna Goldsberry, Kathy Leahey, Melanie Mangas, Connie Noonan, and Kathy Wasson. The Rotary Club sponsored a post-prom luau at the Elks Club. Entertainment was provided by Haleloke, who did a hula dance, and the Triads ; Mrs. K. K. Peterson, Mrs. Gene Bennett and Miss Diane Libei, who sang a selection of folk songs. 7 Seniors Look to Future Years CLASS OFFICERS: 1. to r.
