When Mary Stephens cleans her locker for a locker inspection, she really cleans it. Eighth Graders proudly display the trophy which they won in the Student Council sponsored school spirit contest. Kent Shank helps provide the music at the basketball games. Junior High WE REMEMBER --how far away junior high school used to seem, and how important. --the fear we felt as we came to school that first day to face new teachers, new classes, new friends--a whole new way of life. --that everything, but everything, is blamed on a seventh or eighth grader; paper in the halls, fights in lunch line, everything! We don't mind too much, though, because someday soon we can blame it on someone else. Our memories are still a lot of grade school; basketball games, recesses, milk breaks. Yes, we remember many things, but we realize that most of our memories are nothing compared to things that we have to look forward to. --Judy Keltner
