Harry Jacoby President Of U.C.C. The Man and the School The Man at Work Mr. Harry Jacoby graduated from the University of Idaho in 1938 with a masters degree. He and Mrs. Jacoby have two daughters, Judith and Jerilyn, who are grown and married. Mr. Jacoby was the Principal of Roseburg High School from 1952 to 1959. In 1959 he became the Assistant Superintendent. Mr. Jacoby remained in that position until 1964, at which time he became the President of Umpqua Community College.
