lub council, which consists of the presidents of all interest clubs, and the social-service club ouncil, which consists of the presidents of all social and service clubs. These councils meet eguiarly to receive instructions and to discuss ways of improving the club system. The clubs are extriemely active and throughout the year have sponsered various projects and cti ' ' be f' ' t a v1t1es ne 1c1a o the school, the community and themselves. Some of these activities include dances, sales after school and at games, and innumerable service projects. Out of the torty-three clubs at Grant there are thirteen social, eleven service, fourteen inter- est, and five honorary. Three new clubs were organized this year: Cascade Hi-Y, Caeum Horizon, and Whitman Tri-Hi-Y, We find that the club system contributes greatly to student, chool, and community life.
