Mary Scholl Sophomore Class The Sophomore Class of 1932 has succeeded in having a most success- ful year. Every member belongs to some school activity. We feel that we have helped in furthering the success of these activities. We put on our annual class dance and succeeded in having, besides a good time, the most unique of decorations, a huge mirror-covered revolv- ing ball, which flashed myriads of lights over all the gym. The Sophomore Biology Classes have helped to beautify the grounds surrounding the building and are enlarging the museum, which is of inter- est to the whole school. We have had the best advisors this year, and we thank them for their cooperation with our class. Audrey Knudsen, '34, PAGE TWENTY-ON

The Junior Gayeties very deservedly drew a record-breaking crowdg and though Friday the 13th is considered unlucky it gave them a chance for some unusual decorations for their dance. Due to the financial success of the Gayeties the Seniors are expecting a very lavish banquet, and from all indications they are going to get it. Polly Mannon, '33. PAGE TWENTY

Those elected were: Donald Crawford, presidentg Tommy Mercer, vice-president, Barbara Davis, secretary, Lynn Ganter, treasurerg Chaplin Williams, representative to the Citizenship Committee, and Hale McCowen, representative to the Student Council. Later in the semester, because of automatic deposal of the treasurer, Sylvia Ulvila was elected class treasurer. On December 11, the freshmen gave a costume dance in the gymnas- ium. There were prizes awarded for the best costumes. The party was a big success. Two of the freshmen boys made the A team in basketball. They were Tommy Mercer and Harvey Weatherhead. They both made a fine showing and did much credit to the class. Our hopes for the future are bright and we hope to do credit to Ultiah High. Barbara Davis, '35. PAC-E TWENTY-TWO
