This year, the sales of curling irons, perma- nents. and CB radios went up approx. 34%. Every girl had at least two or three curling irons, trips were made to Provo every three months where per- manents were redone, and every truck in the parking lot contained a CB radio. Heater sitting was definitely a part of being cool.
