STUDENT COUNCIL Some of the leaders of our school who are ever working fo the betterment of our education by the solving of the many everyday problems are: Cloyd McCarrel, Blaine Palmer, Billy Roberts, Merlin Richens, Boyd Workman, and Jimmy Abegglen, class president; Jean Hodgkinson, Uintahn editor; Connie Oaks, Ute Pow Wow editor; McCoy Kanistanaux, Boys' League President; Rae Oxburrow, Girls' League president; Janet John- son, cheerleader; Joleen Timothy, Ann Wankier, Tom Wardell, Bob Murray, Janie Odekirk, and Joyce Robbins, student body officers; with Mr. Ovard, Mary Hullinger, and Mr. Cooper as advisers. POLICE FORCE We want to thank the efficient police force for the fine assistance they gave in keeping order in our school. Officers were: Fred Calder, Floyd Caldwell, George Searle, Tom Wardell (Chief), Ronnie Hatch, Pat Sutton, Pat Lee, Renee Henderson, Miriam Smith, and Jeanie Hodgkinson. 22
