A few months ago, you men came to Bainbridge from scattered points on the globe to prepare for examinationsnow completed. These examinations represented the final barrier you had to cross in order to enter the Navy's Ollicer Training program. In the short time you have been here, it has been ot1r job to prepare you for those examinations- to give you the boost to surmount that obstacle.
