While in The ETO, he served as lnspecTor General of The Third Army and The U. S. ConsTabulary. ln December, I947, Colonel Cash reTurned To The U. S. and was assigned To The lnspecTor Generals Office, DeparTmenT of The Army. Colonel Cash arrived aT ForT Dix l AugusT I949 from ForT B ' enning, Ga., where he had compleTed The Advanced lnTanTry Officers' Course.
