WADE HAMPTON HAISLIP Major, Ivzfafztry Ham HAM has written a testimonial which he intends furnishing the Infantry School when he de- parts for the Wilds in June, to wit: Before taking your course I was a very superior topo- grapher-now I am only fair, but decidedly war- mer.
