QDARKER BLUEJ A Grape-vine Rumor has just circulated through the usual channels to the effect that Shirts and Hats are not to be Worn, and that an order rescind- ing the AMENDMENT is being signed by the Secretary. To judge from personal reports our force is composed of a bunch of decrepit, superannuated, physical wrecks, most of whom have been incapaciated for the past forty years. From 1:00 P. M. to 4:00 P. M. not one will admit being under 70 years of age, and each member of the class is either in the hands of a medical advisory board or trying to get there.
