H Navigation Department is responsible for the safe piloting ofthe ship, all visual communications sent and received andall honors and ceremonies. This small detail-driven department is composed of Navigation Division fQuartennastersj and Signals Division CSignalmenD. The mission of Naviga- tion is, very simply, the precise positioning of USS HARRY S. TR UMAN KCVN 751 and its military escorts Wherever they need to be in orderto accomplish the assigned mission 24 hours a day, seven days a Week. S it W 'D r .
