CS-l Division is subdivided into two entities: Tech Control and Message Center. They are responsible forthe proper administration and processing gf all Naval message traffic via automated delivery networks fLAN'sj. .They also are responsible for the planning, maintaining and operating of all communica- tions, includingHF, UHF, SHP and EHF circuits. CS-l provides the ship with tactical, operational and administrative communications links. These include, but are not limited to, secure and nonesecure internet capabilities, e-mail and phone services. CS-rl is comprised exclusively of Information Systems Tech- nicians. . T y , y
