He attended Electronics Technician A by Nuclear Power training in Orlando, Florida and Ballston Sp21.NeiT York. His first assignment took him to USS JOHN C. CALHOUN which was undergoing overhaul in Kittery, Maine and subsequenty shifted homeport to Charleston, South Carolina to commence conducting deterrent patrols. Some of his other assignments include Rad.1.1C 1 , . .. . io ogica ontro s Division at Trident Refit Facility, Bangor, Washington, USS FRANCIS SCOTT KEY CSSBN 6575 CGOLD7 and USS NEWPORT NEWS CSSN 7505 Where he served as Engineering Department Enlisted Advisor and later ' l' d C Cl 'ef of the re reve as 11 Boat. In March 1992 he reported to Commander, U. S. Atlantic Fleet as the Force Career Counselor and one year later he relieved U5 COMSUBLANT ' ' Staff Command Master Chief. In August l994 Master Chief Brou reported to Commander, Carrier Group ElGHT if Engineering Technical Assistant and Staff Command Master Chief. During his career he has earned School at Naval Training Center, Great Lakes, Illinois followed the Navy Commendation Medal Csecond awardj and Navy Achievement Medal Qthird awardi. 32 O fl
