DICK WINTERS Representative . . DENNY MALLORY The publication of this book brings us to the end of our first year in dentistry. For all of us it has been a pleasant one, bringing us into work very different from anything that we have ever done before. We all were very heartily received upon our entrance by mem- bers oi the faculty, and by the student body. Tours of the campus were arranged to introduce the new freshmen into what would be their home for the ensuing four years. The fraternities on the campus also entertained the new students with informal dinners and lunches at their respective chapter houses, and within a few weeks most of the men had pledged to one of them. The freshman class was organized early last semester, electing officers to serve for one year. There have been several class functions, including a banquet in 1 the Fall semester, followed a few , weeks later by a short get-to- gether before the Dental College Fall Informal. In the Spring se- mester the members of the class went on several skating parties, and again met before the Dental College Spring Formal. ROBERT DAFT FRANK PACKWOOD DICK WINTERS DENNY MALLORY
