Durinq this Spring semester Sigma Kappa Theta initiated the sponsoring of an annual lecture. This year's topic was Pharmacy and the Public Health with Dr. Karl F. Meyer, Director of the Hooper Research Foundation as the quest speaker. The annual alumni and student banquet which climaxed the year's activities was held on April 6, 1940 in honor of Dr. Meyer.
