This junior organization, which celebrates its twenty-fifth anni- versary this year, is engaged in very Worthy Work. THE SELLI E Ulf STAMPS AND B0 US Beginning September 21, 1942, every individual connected with the public schools had an opportunity to participate actively in the all-out ettort for victory by buying War stamps and bonds. The committee in charge of the sale of stamps and bonds, Working through the medium of the homeroom teacher, made purchasing possible on Tuesday and Thursday of each Week. Approximately 520,000 Worth of stamps and bonds Were sold in this Way. ' Miss Alice Musser Was acting chairman of this committee. Assisting her were Misses Barrett and Moore, and Mr. Hitchens.
