Mft ln mid-year l979, Mr. Paul Colc took over the role of headmaster. Several activities added special special interest to the 78-79 school year, such as Space Dayw, the special Christmas parties for the under-privileged children, and the High School soccer team becoming the undisputed champions in the M.C.C.L, 1980 was a year of progress in academic and spiritual life. A spiritual emphasis week, held once each semester, was initiated to aid everyone in developing their faith. In l98l, a closeness continued to be developed between students and faculty as new friendships, grounded in Christ, were formed. On the lighter side, the Western spirit was corraled at T.S.C.A. as a Western Week and a Hoe Down dance were held. A special game was held in which the Varsity Basketball team played First Baptist in a game prior to a Maverick game at the newly built Reunion Arena in Downtown Dallas. Through the love of Christ, a dream come true has grown and progressed through an entire decade. With faith in the source of our successes, Jesus Christ, students and teachers look forward to the next decade at T.S.C.A. with excitement and confidence.

In the primary classes students work together and learn the simple exercises that remain with them throughout their lives. They apply the basics and grow from there. Good beginnings are important because they are the stepping stones to a solid future.
