OUR NEW HEADMASTER Dr. Carle M. Hunt is our new headmaster. He has a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the University of Denver and has completed his doctorate in finance, management, economics, and public relations from the University of Southern California. He has taught at the University of Denver and in the Graduate Business School at Southern Methodist University. He was the business manager of Oral Roberts University, and Chief Finance Officer at Dallas Baptist College. Dr. Hunt has shown a sincere desire to help the school grow and thrive. He has also shown that he is personally interested in every student, teacher, staff member, and parent involved in the school. Dr. Paul Morell attended Oklahoma City University, graduated from Southern Methodist University cum laude with a Master of Sacred Theology, has completed resident work on Master of Arts degree in Church History, and in May 1972 was awarded a Master of Arts from Scarritt College for Christian Workers with distinction. He received his doctorate from Ashland Theological Seminary, and Asbury Theological Seminary. Dr. Morell is the superintendent of TSCA and has faithfully served as the pastor at Tyler Street United Methodist Church since 1963. Mrs. Ann Morell is assistant headmaster. She generously gives her support and help to parents, students, and teachers alike. Mrs. Morell is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and has received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech, Speech Therapy and Theater, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She organizes the in-service training for the teachers, interviews the teachers, and is a classroom observer. She freely gives of her time to talk with anyone with a concern or problem both at school and in her off hours at home. Miss Cindy Yancy has a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Spanish from McMurry College and a Master of Arts degree in Christian Education from Asbury Theology Seminary. She is director of Student Affairs, Student Council Sponsor and organizes Elementary Chapels. She also is the disciplinary advisor for the elementary school and helps with curriculum development. Miss Yancy tries to keep in close personal contact with all student activities and helps with the administration of the school.
