Direcfo rs As business manager, Gene Blakely works with every division and depart- ment of the college. Directly under Fiscal Vice President R. H. Barrett, Blakely is in charge of most financial business affairs: bookkeeping, payroll, purchasing of supplies and , will equipment, federal and state reports. The fiscal vice president's office com- piles the annual financial budget for the college, supervises building proiects and the maintenance of present buildings and equipment. In working directly with students, his duties include handling student loans and scholarships.
