ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS As editor of the 1965 CUTLASS, I would like to express my thanks to the following people: to Mrs. Spence McGavock, who so graciously allowed us to make photographs at her home, Two Rivers Farm to Mr. Bob Hollingsworth, who helped us with art work and design to Mr. John Hood, who made the photographs of the underclassmen and who returned on schedule during the year to make so many of the photographs used in the book to Mr. Irving Smith and Mr. Garland Russell who helped us by making photographs we had forgotten to Fabry's Studio, that made our senior and faculty pictures to Mr. J. B. McEntire, who advised us in our decisions about the cover and who gave us other help as our Delmar representative to Mrs. C. A. Chadwell, who allowed us the use of her home in our pictures to Mr. Alvin Kennedy who at the post office found a cheaper way for us to mail our material to Delmar to Mr. LaFever and Mr. Harris, who cooperated with us in every way to Mrs. Davis, who excused staff members to work on the annual and who looked after our money to the faculty members, who permitted us to use class time to meet deadlines and who excused students for photographs to Mrs. Lovegrove, who, as our sponsor, has helped us in so many ways with her ad- vice and her willingness to work to the staff members, who willingly came to work on weekends and after school, and without whose hard work this book would not have been possible Scotty Daniels Editor
