This year at Scott County Vocational School the officers are as follows; President; Johnny Bowen, Vice-President; Phil Henry, Secretary; Mary Lou Lucas, Treasurer; Diane Quillen, Parlia- mentarian; Ronnie Hughes. Each class elects a class representative who represents the class at all the VICA meetings, and who sends reports back to the class of all the activities that have taken place at the meetings. The VICA colors are red, white, blue, and gold which represents the people, the clubs, and the different states of the United States. Watch Out . . . Buddy Milgrim takes special caution as he works.
