The story of man is told from Ancient Greece to the emerging African nations through the Social Studies Department. Students learn about different cultures and the causes of leaders' actions and reactions. The four courses offered in this depart- ment: World History, American History, Contemporary History, and Psychology: serve as a basis for understanding our heri- tage as a nation and ourselves as individu- als.
