As it is the prevailing custom for each graduating class to-leave behind them a token of their love and appreciation of their Alma Mater, we, the Senior of '24, have the honor of leaving as our parting gift, the first High School Annual -ever published in the history of this worthy institution, and we do hope,' hereby, to establish a precedent which will last throughout the years to comeg to preserve the dear memories of our associates is the cherished object of our humble attempt to portray the events of the past yearg if this book but serves this pur- pose, all our poor, but sincere efforts, will be amply repaid.
