Homecoming Dance Was The Best Of Times This years homecoming dance was perhaps one of the most memorable and unique dances in the school ' s history, said Senior class presi- dent Kathy Kale. The dance was held in the quad on Saturday evening, October 24 literally under the stars. Music was, provided by the band Evergreen , who performed old songs by the Beatles, and the Doors. They also played contemporary songs of groups like Journey and the GoGo ' s. The country club-like setting em- ployed tent awnings in the quad and set an infor- mal atmosphere. Many students liked the out- door setting, as it gave more room for everyone to move around. The dance truly lived up to its theme. It was The Best of Times . 1.
