IN APPRECIATION As a token of our appreciation, the '79-'80 yearbook has been dedicated to an outstanding member of the faculty at TCHS, Mrs. Kay Kleiss. Mrs. Kleiss has dedicated many years to the teaching of her students in the sciences. But Mrs. Kleiss is more than just a teacher, she is a friend. Whenever one of her students has a question, all they have to do is ask, and she will explain the answer until the student understands completely. She cares about her students in a way that many teachers sometimes fail to do. We'd like to express our appreciation to Mrs. Kleiss for her contribution in helping to better TCHS, its students, and community. Her patience, willingness to help others, and devotion to teaching have been an outstanding example to everyone. 4
