Joan Kepner French has been our class secretary for three vears. Her time has been divided among musical activities, dramatics, and keeping the class money records in order. V e focish her luck as she goes out into the world. Future Prospect------Secretary Ambition-------------Be a secretary in a mill. Harold Shields Jack is the tallest member of our class. His height and ability to play basketball is a great asset to the team. He also takes credit for being one of the best pitchers on our baseball team. We’ll all miss Jack and his ready smile. Future Prospect-——Veterinarion Ambition------------Be a baseball pitcher Nellie Lyter Nellie. is a girl who always has a smile for you. She is quite an expert when it comes to cooking and sewing. She also has her dream man in mind. Future Prospect------Housewife Ambition-------------To be an old maid. Nancy Telfer Telf is the blonde of our class. She has been active in both music and dramatics. We know she will do well in whatever career she chooses. Future Prospect------Teacher Ambition-------------To have ten children. Ross Wagner June is the handyman of our class. He is rather quiet but is always willing to lend a helping hand. He may also claim credit for being a very valuable player for the soccer team. Future Prospect-------Mechanic Ambition--------——To be a submarine officer Sarah Wagner Sally has been a very energetic person. She has been very active in softball and band. She is now our head ma- jorette. Sally always has a smile and a joke for all. Future Prospect--------Secretary Ambition-------------Take a trip around the world on roller skates.

CLASS WILL Being of sound mind and body, the class of 9 makes this final will and testimony. I, Nancy Telfer, leave my long curls to any nice young girl who can use them. It’s a load off my mind. I, Skip Bitting, leave my quiet voice to Bud Fleck, with hopes that the teachers may be heard next year. I, Gertrude Andrew, leave all my chewing gum wrappers to Leona Ritzman. They will start a good fire in the fur- nace next winter. I, Jack Shields, leave my immense height to some short girl like Mona Booher. Just don’t get too tall, Mona. I, Joan Kepner, leave my trombone to some big strong . boy like Don Tov sey. Don’t let it get the best of vou, Don. I, Philip Bargo, leave my arguing ability to Shirley Hockenberry. She may need it. I, Grace Ard, leave my curlers and hair pins to Jane Kirkwood. Maybe she can use them to good advantage. I, Charles McCahan, leave my carefree wavs to Dari Burdge. Make sure that thev don’t go to your head, Dari. I, Patsy Emery, leave all my art implements to next year’s yearbook staff. Don’t let me down, Class of 1950 I, Erie Booher, leave with everyone the hope that some day I will grow. I, Purcell Shelley, leave my ability in chemistry to Ralph Ditmer. Beware of explosions!
