E PEHIE E KEEPS During the past few years the 'Tuscaloosa City School System has been under the capable leader- ship of Dr. H. C. Pannell, whose policies have niade our schools lioth efficient and progressive. llr. Pannell's successes have largely been due to ,QA an understanding of human nature and to a xy. thorough knowledge of the needs of modern school organizations. His willingness always to give kind assistance and his fairness on all occasions have made Dr. Pannell a valuable and popular member of our community. Dr H. C. Although she is not often seen hy the majority of the students, her influence is felt througrhout the school.
