MR. RAY E. FRANKLIN As we began our Senior year there was a new man in the principal’s office. Throughout the year he provided us with guidance while he him- self became familiar with the customs and traditions of TFHS. He listened patiently to our problems and offered advice as he helped us through our final year. He has supported and aided our efforts and activities. We thank you, Mr. Franklin.

MR. WILLIAM A. COOK The memory of the day when we hailed him chief will linger in our hearts. Before long he knew us by name and had become a friend who guided us with a firm but helping hand. When we were Juniors he was called from us to accept a higher office. His happy grin and spirited walk no longer brightened our halls, but the memory of a true friend remained a part of us. Although he was no longer among us very often, the knowledge that he was still our leader gave us an inner feeling of security. We will always gratefully remember you for your friendly guidance, Mr. Cook. 4

MRS. CHARLOTTE Z. POTTER Deep in our hearts, imbedded among the precious memories, is an image of a teacher who has molded and shaped our class. She has stood firm and has offered advice when confusion distorted our sight; she has supported our efforts and future plans with complete understanding and constant observation. Now, as we look back over the past four years, we realize the true significance of her guidance — the solemn strength which she possessed.
