Administration This year Turner acquired a new principal, Mr. Robert f r A. Wilkins, former Pierson principal. Along with his ex- perience at the junior high school, Mr. Wilkins has brought some new ideas. The school, he feels, should not be based on a lot of rules and regulations, but rather on the individ- ual's merit and progress. This is Mr. Bolin's second year as vice principal after having been a drafting teacher at Turner for 17 years. Mr. Bolin also feels that rules are not of prime importance, but rather it is the individual who needs to be guided and directed according to his own needs and wants. Mr. Wilkins talks to a student during the lunch hour. Mr. Bolin takes care of one of his many responsibilities. Jr' ga!
