Awarded three Battle Stars. Discharged Dec. 21, 1945, at Norman, Okla. HICKMAN, Donald R. Class of '44 S 2fc Donald R. Hickman entered Navy in July, 1945. Basic training at Camp Park, Calif. Served in Pacific Area and is now stationed at Guam. HIGGINS' Norman S. Class of '40 2nd Lt. Norman S. Higgins entered Marine Corps Reserve Aug. 13, 1942. Called to active duty july 1, 1943. Basic trainingat Paris Island. Officer's Training School at Quantico, Va. Instructor in 0CSat Quantico. Was stationed on the Wasp for sea duty when the war ended and received orders to report to Hastings, Nebr., where he is still on duty. HOOVER f Joe SfSgt. Joe Hoover entered the Army May 11, 1943. Basic training at Camp Walters Texas. Fur- ther training at Camp San Luis Obispo, Calif., and Camp Cooke Calif. Served in Germany, France, Czechoslovakia, and japan. Discharged March, 1946. HOUCHIN, Claude Class of '43 1st Lt. Claude Houchin entered Army Air Corps July 4, 1943 Basic training at jefferson Bar- racks. Further training at Navigation School at Hondo, Texas. Served as Navigator on B-29 at Tin- ian in South Pacific. Received Pres. Unitwcita- tion..Completed 17 flights over japan. HOUCHIN, Robert Class of '44 TfSgt. Robert Houchin entered Army July 3, 1944. Basic training at University of Wyo. and Camp Walters, Texas. Further Paratrooper training at Fort Benning, Ga. Now at Noroiku, Japan. HUCK, George P. Cpl. George P. Huck entered Army on June 24. 1942. Basic training at Camp Robinson, Ark. At- tached to the 60th Hospital Station atFort Meade, Md., where hereceived his discharge Feb. 5. l943. HATFIELD, Earl E., Jr. Class of '42 Pvt. Earl E. Hatfield, jr. entered Army on Jan. 11, 1943. Basic training at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. Further training at Camp Phillips, Ks. African and European Theaters. - HAUS, Loren W. Class of '35 Lt. Commander Loren W. Haus entered active duty with the Navy in july, 1942.
