BBliC tfHihihE at Ft. Riley, Kansas. Served in the C.B.I. Theater nine months. Now serving in the 330th Engineers in India. DAVIS, Creed Class of -33 Sgt. Davis enlisted in Army Air Corps in 1942. His Basic Training was at San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from Radio and Gunnery Schools in Ft. Scott, Ill. Then was an instructor in Ft. Myers, Fla. He is now in San Marcos, Texas. DAVIS, Goble E. Junior 1941 Sgt. Davis was inducted March 25, 1943. He had his basic training at Camp Blanding Fla. He has served in the 263 infantry since Nov., 1944. He is now in France. ne FRIES, Virgil L. Class of '42 Cpl. Virgil L. DeFries entered Marines Aug. 20, 1943. Received basic training atMarine Corps Base, San Diego, Calif. Served withFirst Marine Air Wing in Consolidation of Solomon Is, Discharged Feb. 1, 1946- DeWEESE, Melvin Class of '45 Pvt. Melvin DeWeese entered Army June 29, 1945, basic training at Fort Knox, Ky. Now serving in Occupational Army in Germany. DOBBS, JBMES Class of '44 F 1fc james Dobbs enlisted in the Navy Feb. 17, 1945. Basic training at Great Lakes. Went overseas Sept., 1945. Stationed in the Philippines. DOMINGUEZ, Louis Cpl. Louis Dominguez entered Army on Aug. 28, 1944. Basie training at Camp Fort, McClellan, Ala. Served in Scotland, England, France, Belgium, Hol- land and Germany. Killed in action in Germany on March 31, 1945. Parents awarded Purple Heart pos- thumously. EVERHART, Duane E. Sgt. Duane E. Everhart entered Army on Sept. 21, 1943. Went overseas March 22, 1944. Awarded Five Campaign Stars for Normandy, N. France, Rhine- land, Ardennes, and Central Europe. Awarded Combat Inf. Badge, Purple Heart with 2 Oak Leaf Clusters, Bronze Star, Distinguished UnitBadge, Good Conduct Medal, and ETO Ribbon. Discharged Oct. 4, 1945. Fg15Lgy, John R. Class of '39 Cpl. john R. Feisley entered Army on Dec. 29, 1943. Basic training at Camp Pendelton, San Diego, Calif. Served in Pacific Theater with Marine Am- phibious tank battalion. Was inthe battles of Sai- pan, Tinian, and Iwo Jima. He was awarded the Presidential Unit Citation and Navy Unit Citation. Discharged Nov. 24. 1945. FEISS' Gertrude E. Class of -41 ' Pvt. Gertrude E. CRAIG' James H. CII!! of 'Q0 Signalman 1fc James H. Craig entered Navy in Oct., 1940. Went to Signal School and then served in South Pacific. Served 18 months on duty at Pan- ama Canal. Now apatient in Naval Hospital at Jack- sonville, Florida. CRANE' Frederick D. Class of '35 1at Lt. Frederick D. Crane entered Cadet train- ing April, 1943, at Kelly Field. Served in ETO. A- warded Good Conduct Medal, ETO Ribbon with two Bronze Stars, and the Air Medal with 5 Oak-Leaf Clusters. Re-enlisted until June, 1947. CRETEN' Arthur jr. Class of '39 Pfc. Arthur Creten entered Army on November 27, Basic training atCamp Hood, Texas. Received Battle Star in the Battle of the Bulge. Transferred as dispatcher for 4458 Car and Truck Company in Ger- many. Now is transferring to Austria. CRUM, Robert V. Class of '42 Lt. Robert V.Crum entered Army on May 21, 1943, at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. Basic training with Armored Forces at Ft. Knox, Ky. FOSTER, Ralph Eugene Class Of '46 S 1fc Ralph Eugene Foster entered the Navy the 25th of Jan., 1944. Basic training at Farragut, Idaho, Left for overseas on May 20, 1944 an Air- craft Carrier, Bismarck Sea. Lost his life Feb. 21, 1945 when his shipwwas sunk. Purple Heart a- warded posthumously to his mother. FINKEMEIR' Theodore C. ' Class of '44 Pfc. Theodore C. Finkemeir entered service Nov. 27. 1944. Basic training at Camp Fannin, Texas.
