Chris Sieg: 829. Starter at cornerback. Recovered three fumbles and had two blocked passes. Pat Dene': 882. First year player. Voted most inspirational by T-Bird teammates. Forrest Buckallew: 836. Never Surrender was the -1985 football team's motto. Through a great deal of hard work and determination, the team finished the season with a 6-3 record, one game out of first place. Highlights of the season for the T-Birds were defeating the two BHL teams that went on to the state playoffs and having a six game winning streak.
